HOW DOES A NOTARIZED TRANSLATION WORK?
For each document:
the manager will find out all your requirements for translating proper names (read below);
all requirements are recorded in the order form;
the translator performs the translation;
the editor rechecks each letter in the translation;
print a copy of the document;
we print and file the translation to the document or to its copy (according to your request);
the translator goes to the notary and signs the translation;
the notary certifies the authenticity of the translator’s signature;
we put the certified translation in a waterproof plastic bag;
we call you and inform you that the transfer is ready ahead of time.
All our translators are registered with a notary. We are fully responsible to the client and to the law for the accuracy and quality of the translation.
When placing an order, specify all your translation requirements. Tell the manager: to which organization you need to provide the translation, for which procedure; which pages need to be translated, and which do not; the translation should be attached to the document itself or to its copy; how to translate your names.
Standard guaranteed term of notarized translation (up to five documents)
The guaranteed period is the period specified in the customer’s order. For violation of the guaranteed period, we refund the customer 10% of the cost of overdue services. The expected term is the term by which we reassure the client, without reducing the guaranteed one and without making a mark-up for urgency. The company is not responsible for the violation of the expected deadline.
We perform urgent transfers with the following extra charges (up to 5 documents):
The urgency for orders of more than five documents is calculated individually. When evaluating the urgency individually, the manager relies on his current workload with other orders.:
100 % – the manager puts off all his orders and asks his colleagues to help.
Urgency is provided only when it is possible, under the responsibility of the manager
How is the name written in a foreign passport or on a bank card? And how was it in the previous translations? Inform the manager.

CAN A NOTARIZED TRANSLATION NOT BE ACCEPTED?
If the translation is notarized, then you must accept it. Even if there are typos in the translation (you can check them in the original document). But we have encountered cases when officials, violating the law, did not accept the transfer for fictitious reasons. Such officials go only in one case — without a written refusal. Since a written refusal will document their violation of the law. Therefore, in case of problems with accepting a notarized translation, always request an official written refusal.
